Get well card

My sister had to miss our Silver Wedding Anniversary meal as she was poorly, so I sent back a get well soon card, with a little note in side. She has a great eye regarding interior design and colours and arranging things, and the gift she sent over with my dad, was beautifully decorated and arranged. Thank you Sis xx.

She also made a cake, but only iced it the day before she was ill, so she did not know if we wanted to eat it! At the time of writing, we are still wondering! It is fruit so it will be OK to wait a while. I loved the glitter icing on our names, and she was going to bring a chocolate one as well, we were very spoilt.

My colleague at work also made a cake, this one was sponge so we are eating this one first.

This was the gift arrangement from my sister, it was fabulous.

With Sympathy

We all have to face these cards, hopefully not too often. This one I have used blendabilities and a simple sentiment stamp.

Small Gift Box

These very small boxes could hold ear rings or any small piece of jewellery and they would make favour boxes. This idea was from Elaine at paper craft button.

Stampin' Up sentiments teamed with punches help to add that little but extra to a gift or a card.

Stampin Up Blendabilities storage using Ferni designs pen holder.

I have had a fun day gluing together my pen holder and then decorating it. The blendabilities pen fit perfectly, the pen overhands from the front by about 1cm, this helps you to pick the pen from the shelf. You can also store the pens inside the container that they are sent to you from Stampin Up, apart from the skin tones pack. This is the picture of the storage unit after gluing together and before decorating.

I then got out my Stampin Up Hexagon punch, and started punching old and new papers from Stampin up. It is a great way of remembering all the papers, and using up the scraps. After a lot of sorting and gluing, they are sort of in a rainbow effect, and the top is black, white, grey and browns.I wanted the decoration to remain flat as I do not have a great deal of room so may have to stack the unit. The butterflies do have a bit of dazzling details. I used the lace Stampin up trim for the edges.

You can even store them in the original packaging, shown in the photo above.

Fits perfectly above my ink pads.

Decorated Christmas box and tags

After my crafting weekend I had papers left over and some boxes that I had not decorated, so I thought I would complete one of them and also make some tags. All items use Stampin up items.

I completed a video to show you around the box and tags.
